Shipping and Return Policy for Custom Printed Products

Shipping
For orders up to 499 SEK, a shipping fee of 49 SEK applies.

To qualify for free shipping, your order total must exceed 499 SEK.

If the items in your shopping cart exceed 499 SEK, the shipping cost will automatically be deducted at checkout.

Free shipping is only available within Sweden. For the rest of Europe, the shipping cost is 79 SEK.

Returns
Since our products are customized based on the customer’s specific requests, including prints with personal images, special rules apply to returns and exchanges. Here’s what you need to know:

No Refunds or Exchanges on Custom Printed Products
As each product is printed and customized for each customer, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on products with custom prints, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part. This also applies if the customer changes their mind about the purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Products
If the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or there was an error in printing, we will, of course, replace the item or offer a full refund. In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to report the issue.

Check Your Design
We recommend that you carefully check the design you approve before placing your order to ensure everything is correct. Once the design is approved and the order has been sent for printing, we cannot make any changes.
